Parramatta Service Centre is privately owned by Trevor and Luisa Ramm. 166 Newell St (the corner of Newell st & Scott st. ) We have a small Team of 5 , Tradespeople and admin , all qualified in their professions. * To be the best we can, to provide good service to our customers . Trevor is a qualified Automotive Teacher at Cairns Tafe , spending some time at the business, and some at Tafe( Auto Electrician- Air Conditioning, Motor Mechanic, Qld Transport Examiner), Luisa manages all the Business requirements, and Nathan Ramm, (Son) Qualified Motor Mechanic -Manager and Matthew Mahony (Qualified Motor Mechanic and Auto Electrician, Air Conditioning, Qld Transport Examiner, modification certifications ) Martin Seeto works in Admin and parts sales.

Parramatta Service Centre also invest in Bosch Technical Training. Our mechanics travel to do study and to be to be trained on the latest new systems. Normally we receive information well ahead of the arrival of new models, so we can be ready to service and repair the latest cars on the market. We also attend Bosch Training in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Adelaide and Tasmania at TAFE Colleges with other Dealer Mechanics from all over Australia and New Zealand. In 2009 we also attended training sessions in France and Italy on European and Asian cars. * To be the best we can, to provide good service to our customers .

We have 3 Certified Queensland Transport Examiners on site for Safety certificates, Vehicle Defect notices and C.L. inspections for Hire vehicle certificates, including UBER hire vehicles.

We use Synthetic type high quality oils, Penrite and Hi-Tec, There are many benefits of using high quality oils, such as better fuel consumption, more power, lasts longer, stays cleaner, better for exhaust convertors. The service prices includes the good oils!

We are located close to Cairns’ City Centre, on Bunda St in Parramatta Park, opposite Cairns Central Shopping Centre/ railway station. We can drop you off and pick you up, anywhere up to a 5 km radius.
