Jetting changes for climate changes can be obtained if you give us your temp. RH. and height. They are minor modifications but are important at national racing level. Figures listed are at 25-30 degrees.

We have 2 dynos for testing. The bike dyno requires a slick race type tyre to be fitted before testing can be done. The Engine Dyno requires the engine only , to be bolted in place. The engine dyno is more precise and gives a true power reading that can be compared to the manufacturers specifications. We test the 50cc auto clutch type engines only on the engine dyno, as this is much more precise . Dyno test graphs are the property of the engine/bike owner , and cannot be printed or viewed by others. All fitting and testing costs are charged at $88 per hour
The mid range power of the Belgium made exhaust is very strong, specially designed for sand tracks and general mx tracks. After fitting this exhaust its common to reduce the rear sprocket size 1-2 teeth (less teeth) as the engine power increases and pulls the faster gearing easy, and produces faster lap times.
VH Belgium Exhausts – 2017 has seen the introduction of these sought after exhausts in Australia finally. The Belgium exhaust low volume producer VH racing, makes each pipe exactly the same, and specialises in extra grunt bottom end power, while also still has very good mid and top end. Motocross, Enduro and flat trackers are enjoying this type of power curve. There is no other pipe we have tested that has this smooth ,quiet , type of performance. We have some stock engines, with just the VH pipes/silencers fitted and jetting changes done, and the riders are winning at top level race meetings, MX and Flat track. The difference, is very noticeable. Stock is slowly arriving.
